Exchanging Tickets
Ticket exchanges are a benefit for subscribers only and are subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled performance. For more information visit our “Tickets” or call the Box Office at (703) 820-9771.

Seating
Since our theaters are flexible, black box spaces, our seating configurations change from show to show. Please show your ticket to our volunteer ushers and they will show you to your seats.

Latecomers
Any patron arriving late will be seated at the discretion of management.

Group Sales
For groups of 10 or more, Signature offers substantial discounts. Plus, our experienced, friendly staff can assist you in everything from planning your pre-show cocktail hour to arranging the caterers for a post-show gathering in our lobby. Accessibility
Signature Theatre is accessible to patrons with disabilities. Please mention seating needs when placing your ticket order.

Listening Assistive Devices
For listening assistance during performances, our infrared system, which amplifies the sound on stage, is available free of charge. Devices may be picked up from coat check in the Mead Lobby.

Concessions/Bar
Signature’s concessions/bar is open one hour prior to every performance and during intermission. Patrons are encouraged to pre-order intermission drinks and light fare before the show begins. Feel free to mix and mingle in Signature’s Mead Lobby while enjoying the spectacular view of Shirlington Village. Reminder: Eating and drinking is strictly prohibited inside the Theatres unless otherwise specified.

TRANSPORTATION

Parking
Free parking is available in the garage adjacent to Signature Theatre at 2780 S. Stafford St.

Public Transportation
The closest Metro stop to Signature is Pentagon City. From there, Signature Theatre is only a short taxi ride away. If you prefer to travel by bus to Signature, from the Pentagon Bus Hub at Pentagon Metro, take the 7E bus towards Southern Towers and arrive at the intersection of S. Quincy and Campbell Avenue. From there, Signature is just two blocks north.
